What are Career Pathways?
Career pathways are groups of occupations that can be grouped within a larger cluster of industries of job types. Occupations within a pathway share common education, skills, experience, and interests.
Each career pathway includes entry-level jobs through senior positions and responsibilities. You may choose to work within a pathway - within a given occupation - for a temporary period. Or you may choose to spend your entire career working within a pathway.
What can I discover?
For each pathway shown you can learn:
What educational requirements must be met
What skillsets are required
What certifications are required or recommended
Opportunities for scholarships, internships, apprenticeships, and financial aid
How much you can earn over time
